MyChoreTracker app for iPhone and iPad

MyChoreTracker allows you to create simple entries of chores you have completed. You can add entries for each type of chore listed (including a Misc. category), select the date for when you completed the chore, and add any additional information in the Notes section for the entry. You can then view the most recent completed chore of each type on the home page, and select a chore to view all the entries in sorted date order of that type. From there, you can add/delete chore entries for that type.

MyChoreTracker stores all of this information locally on your device, so no account or sign up is needed.
